Let’s break it down into the WHY’s (therapy) and the HOW’s (coaching) – formulated out of our Forward Model of Change™, our proprietary Model.
When you ask yourself WHY questions, you are often seeking to develop awareness and cultivate the ability to recognize patterns, with the hope of shifting feelings, patterns, and behaviors. AKA Therapy.
When you ask yourself HOW questions, you are ready to take action by processing all the changes you have made and finding the way to engage with them in your life more fully. AKA Coaching.
In other words, Therapy helps you understand behavior, and Coaching helps you change it.
