Work at Forward Healing Therapy

WHERE YOU BELIEVE YOU HAVE TO GET BETTER

, WE REMIND YOU THAT DEVELOPING SKILLS AND PATTERN RELAPSE ARE PART OF THE PROCESS.

Why I Built Forward Healing (and Why Therapists Choose It): I created Forward Healing because I wanted a better way to practice therapy. I loved this work, but I saw how isolating and unsustainable the traditional model could be — for clients and clinicians. I wanted to build a practice where therapists feel supported, connected, and cared for, not burned out or doing it all alone. Here, you’re not just filling a caseload. You’re part of a collaborative team that values your growth, your humanity, and your long-term well-being. We invest in connection, consultation, and ongoing learning so you can do meaningful work and enjoy your career. Forward Healing is a place to grow, feel supported, and heal forward together.  — Becca, LCSW + Founder
