I built the thing I needed, because I couldn’t find …

A space where the work you’ve done in therapy becomes the foundation for the life you actually want to live.

For most of my life, I lived between worlds.

On the outside, everything looked right:

I have two loving parents, grew up in a middle-class suburb in New Jersey, I was accidentally valedictorian of my high-school class, obtained a graduate degree in social work, and built a 6-figure therapy practice in under 3 years, so all of this, well, it makes sense to the outside.

On the inside, though,

I was quietly having panic attacks, struggling with family patterns I didn’t have language for, and couldn’t get rid of the ability to feel and sense everything happening in every room I walked into… usually before anyone else admitted it was happening. I was the kid who felt everything, noticed energy shifts, and knew things before I could explain how I knew them. And like a lot of sensitive, intuitive kids, I learned quickly that being that aware didn’t always feel safe or keep me safe. So I adapted and became really good at holding it together. Also known as getting really good at saying and being “fine.”

You see, I started therapy at nine and while there were moments it helped, I kept ending up in the same healing loop.

I would get better, graduate from therapy, something would happen in my life, and I would start the cycle over with a new therapist. I was referred to medication in my teens, misdiagnosed numerous times, admitted to a psych ward to be treated for symptoms instead of the root, and eventually ended up spending my senior year of high school at a therapeutic boarding school.

And the whole time I was thinking: what is wrong with me?

The answer, it turned out, was nothing.

I had to start to see that the system just wasn’t built for what I actually needed. Because no one taught me how to live what I was learning in the therapy room or how to integrate awareness into actual life. There didn’t seem to be anyone wanting to teach me how to stop the loop by remembering how I was designed to move through the world.

So I became a therapist. Then a coach. Then an intuitive guide. Not because those were the next logical steps, but because I kept following the gap that existed in my own life and the one I witnessed in the 100’s of clients I have worked with – the space between understanding yourself and actually living it, where you can combine psychotherapy tools, personal development concepts, and spiritual gifts to meet the version of you your soul is here to be.

That gap is where my work lives. And it’s why After Therapy® exists.

Where psychology, soul work, and personal growth coexist.

My work sits at the intersection of three worlds that usually stay separate:

The Therapy World

Where you learned the language of your patterns, your nervous system, your history. Honestly, this is the place where most people stop because they don’t know there’s more to healing then being able to talk about it. I’m here for what comes next.

The Intuitive + Spiritual World

Where Human Design, tarot, astrology, and energy practices get to be explored. Often the intuitive world feels untethered from the practicalness of everyday life.. I use these tools through a therapeutic, nervous-system-aware lens, so they become mirrors for self-trust, not escapes from real life. My work allows you the space to be curious for what lights up your soul.

The Personal Growth World

Where you find vision, possibility, define goals, establish your seasonal values and expansion but often without the emotional depth to make it land in your day to day life. My work takes the courses you’ve done, books you’ve read, and pods you’ve been obsessed with and roots it in real psychological awareness, while building your intuition.

Together, those three worlds create something specific: a space for women who’ve already done deep healing work and are now asking “who am I becoming, while meeting who I have always been meant to be.”

Bringing forward the conversations that mental health has been missing.

I speak to women’s groups, wellness organizations, podcasts, and professional communities on:

The mental health industry has mastered helping people understand themselves. What it’s neglected is to build a bridge to actually living differently with all the information you unpack about yourself along the way. That’s the conversation I’m here to lead.

  • The gap between insight and integration why awareness alone doesn’t create change

  • Human Design as a therapeutic tool for self-trust and nervous system healing

  • Breaking generational patterns without losing yourself in the process

  • The woo woo as integration and how intuitive tools support psychological healing

  • The “graduation myth” of mental health and what a forward model looks like in today's world

  • How mental health, personal growth, spiritual awakenings, and entrepreneurship co-exist together

The people who work with me tell me they never know what will come up in our work, but once it does, it shifts everything.

Because for the first time, you are being deeply seen and gently called forward at the same time by the channeled guidance that comes specifically for you.

I’m not here to fix you because I don’t believe you’re broken. I believe you’re a woman who has done extraordinary amounts of healing work and is standing at the edge of the next chapter, unsure how to step into it without losing herself again, which is why you work with me.

I have a natural ability to see what’s possible for you, often before you can hold it yourself, and my desire for deep work allows me to stay in the fire with you, until you can hold it too.

kind words

“From our first session on Becca has made me feel seen and supported by creating a safe, compassionate space between us. Becca has a gift with intuition- I am constantly impressed by her ability to pick up on what’s stirring beneath the surface, from tiny details of word choice and tone, and gently guide me towards it. I am so grateful for her!”

"Becca has made me feel seen and supported "

“Becca never shies away from hard things, but she does so in a way that's meant to guide you gently and fearlessly so you come away from her sessions feeling stronger, rather than defeated. She is a constant light in my life and I often credit her for the calm that I feel in my day. “
